A case-management CRM
with your firm’s own bot in Telegram and MAX.

It knows the status of every case, writes to your clients on its own, takes documents from them and files them against the right case.

How it looks today

Two tasks eat the hours nobody pays you for.

Clients ask for status

Once a week, with no trigger. Nothing has changed — but they worry, because this is the only case like it in their life. Answering takes three minutes. Getting back into what you were doing takes another five. Round and round, all day.

You chase documents

A certificate, a statement, a social-insurance number, a copy of an employment record. You remind them once, twice, three times. They promise and forget. The case stalls — not on the law, not on strategy, but on a piece of paper the client owes you.

Neither task needs a lawyer. A lawyer does them because there is nobody else, and because there is nowhere for the client to look it up.

What it costs you

Run it on your own numbers. Ours prove nothing here.

Getting back to work counts as part of the enquiry: after the call you still have to remember where you left off.

a month goes into conversations that carry no new information

of one person’s working time, at 165 hours a month

This is not “inefficiency”

It is work somebody in the firm genuinely does. The only question is who, and instead of what.

Your fee is fixed

Every extra hour on a client comes straight out of the margin on that case. It is never invoiced.

Plus the cases that stall

Cases waiting on documents stretch out — and payment stretches out with them.

What changes

Clients stop asking — not because you told them to. They already know.

The stage changes, the client hears it first

You write the wording once, in the stage template. After that it reaches every client on its own.

Documents arrive without chasing

The stage checklist turns itself into a request, and the photo that comes back lands in the right slot of the case.

Nobody forgets a hearing

Date, courtroom and address reach the client from the case record — not from your memory the night before.

What is underneath

The bot works because underneath it sits a real CRM, not a spreadsheet.

On the CRM core we have to match vendors who have been on this market for years. That is the price of entry, not an advantage — the advantage starts where the client channel begins.

Case route

A chain of stages shaped to your practice. Each stage carries wording for the client, a document checklist, automatic tasks and an expected duration.

The case

Client, owner, court and judge, opposing party, statutes, four key dates and the engagement fee.

Documents

Tied to a checklist item. You can see who uploaded each one — you or the client.

Calendar

Hearings, courtrooms, judgment status. Plus a day view: everything you have tomorrow across all cases at once.

Case finances

Engagement, instalment schedule, invoices, payments, and a firm-wide arrears dashboard.

Statutory deadlines

The window to appeal, or for a developer to fix defects, is computed from the event date — not left as a task somebody remembered to create.

A case route, not a set of dates

The judgment is not the end of the case.

the stage nobody else’s spreadsheet has

A shortened view of the off-plan route. The full one was taken from the pilot firm’s practice and has seventeen stages. The pilot named the last one himself, once we showed him the sixteen we had written down — his own spreadsheet had no such column.

Whose bot is it

The bot is yours. Not ours. Your brand, your name.

Your brand

You register the bot yourself and paste the token into settings. The client sees your firm, not a software vendor’s logo.

Your clients stay yours

We do not run one shared platform bot that would put your client base in our hands. Leave, and you take both the data and the channel.

One-time linking code

You hand the client a code and it burns on use. A stranger cannot walk into a case.

Two cases never blur

If someone has both a penalty claim and a defects claim on the same flat, every action starts with choosing the case.

AI that knows your cases

You already use chatbots — but they know none of your cases. Ours does: it answers the client about their own case, reads the document they sent and recognises the photo. Competitors point AI at the lawyer’s paperwork; we pointed it at the conversation with the client. The line we do not cross: the AI talks to clients — it does not advise them.

The first release ships on Telegram. MAX follows in the next release; in the pricing table it is listed as part of the same tier.

Money

An instalment schedule the bot chases for you.

In these practice areas clients pay in instalments, over months. Half a bookkeeper’s job is remembering who owes the next payment and when, and calling the ones who forgot.

schedule

payments still to come under the engagement

invoice

the demand actually issued

payment

what was actually settled, part-payments included

It is the schedule that lets you remind someone about a payment that has not happened yet. An ordinary CRM only knows about an invoice already issued — that is, it reminds you once the client is already late.

What you see
  • A firm-wide arrears dashboard
  • Part-payments: not “paid or not”, but how much has come in
  • Lateness computed from the due date, not ticked by hand
What the client sees
  • Their own schedule and the next payment due
  • A reminder before the date, not after it has slipped
  • How much is paid and how much is left
Your data

Legal professional privilege is not a clause in a contract. It is how the system is built.

Everything stays in Russia

Production servers, files and backups sit on Russian infrastructure, as art. 18(5) of Federal Law 152-FZ requires. For your clients you remain the data controller; we are the processor under a written mandate.

Nobody sees your cases

Isolation between firms is enforced in the database itself, not by checks in application code. Platform staff have no access to the contents of your cases by default.

You can see who opened a case

An access log is kept per case, inside your firm as well. A lawyer sees their own cases, a partner sees all of them, wider access only by explicit grant.

What it costs

Four tiers. Each adds exactly one understandable thing.

tier 1

Yuri

₽1,400 / seat per month
  • CRM: cases, routes, documents, finances
  • No bot — deliberately
  • No AI

tier 3

Maxi

₽4,900 / seat per month
  • Everything in Neuron
  • AI for the lawyer: search across practice, drafts — from v2
  • Monitoring of state court sources — from v2
  • 1,500 credits a month

tier 4

Korpati

from ₽7,900 / seat per month
  • Everything in Maxi
  • Multiple bots, SSO, 1C accounting
  • Dedicated environment and an SLA
  • 5,000 credits a month

Why Yuri has no bot

It is deliberately a bare CRM, priced against competitors. The bot and the AI start at the second tier, and moving up does not mean hiring anyone: the same single seat goes from ₽1,400 to ₽2,900.

What credits are

An add-on, not part of the subscription. They are spent only on things that cost money each time they run: queries to state registries, document recognition, AI answers beyond the included allowance. One credit is ₽2. Run out and the CRM, the bot and client correspondence keep working.

Are these prices final?

No. No price testing has been done yet, and supplier prices for state data sources are not confirmed by contract. The pricing on this page is provisional, and pilot participants will hear about any change first.

What happens if credits run out?

Nothing essential switches off. The CRM, the bot and client correspondence keep working — only monitoring of state sources pauses. A spend forecast is shown before monitoring is enabled, rather than arriving as a bill afterwards.

If we leave, what do we keep?

Both the data and the channel. The bot is registered to your firm and the token is yours; the case base exports. We deliberately did not build one shared platform bot that would turn your clients into ours.

We need our own environment; policy forbids the cloud

That is a separate line item, not a tier: interface and domain under your brand, deployed inside your perimeter. Implementation from ₽150,000 plus seat licences.

Honestly about where we are

The product is not written yet. We are looking for the firm that will shape it.

The specification, the economics and the market analysis are done and checked. Development has not started. This is an invitation to a pilot, not the sale of a finished box — and both sides gain from that.

What we ask
  • A week of measurement: how many status enquiries reach each case, and how many documents you chase by hand. Otherwise there is nothing to compare against on day 60.
  • Your real case route: stages, checklists, your own wording for clients.
  • An answer to one question: what your clients actually use — Telegram or MAX.
  • Tolerance for rough edges. Things will break in the first weeks, and you will have to tell us about it.
What you get
  • A product built around your route, not an averaged one.
  • Your wording becomes the stage templates your clients will read.
  • A direct line to development, with no ticket system and no queue.
  • Pilot terms agreed in writing before the start.
Pilot places are few

Show us one of your case routes — the rest is our job.

A pilot is not meant to be crowded. Forty minutes: you show how you run cases today, we show the specification and the economics. If we do not fit, you walk away with the analysis of your own route — it is yours.
